​We are registered to take Government Funding (Free Early Education Entitlements) and offer various sessions in different ways. Due to our ever-increasing popularity, we are very busy and advise you to book early to avoid disappointment. Times of sessions and charges are made available at a visit together with a parent pack at point of registration.​​

Funding and Charges
Free Early Education (FEE) funding is offered under two types of contracts
A completely free contract offering totally free sessions if available or a blended contract offering both free early education hours together with chargeable hours which attracts a registration fee.
Parents can opt in to chargeable sessions or opt out by choosing a totally free sessions.
Totally free sessions are subject to availability sometimes unavailable due to the popular chargeable session but every effort is made to accommodate your child. We are not required to hold these sessions open and we operate on a first come first serve basis. These sessions do not attract any charges.
We are open term time only between 8.30-15.30 and offer term time only funding
Our completely free sessions are:
15 hours funding 12.30 – 15.30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – this is a set block patterns to cover 15 full hours.
30 hours funding 9.30-14.00 Monday, Wednesday and 8.30 – 15.30 Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - this is a set block patterns to cover 30 full hours.
These sessions are set, can’t be changed and attract zero charges this means additional session can’t be purchased
Blended sessions available using FEE and chargeable hours include mornings, afternoons and all-day sessions.
Our chargeable hours can be discussed during enquiries and depend on the age of your child and the sessions you are looking for. We do not publish them on website as they are not part of the completely free early education offer and are private to our business but are available and published within our parent pack.
We provide an inclusive offer to our parents and do not currently make charges for snacks, consumables or extra-curricular activities.
A clause sits within our terms and conditions explaining that changes to charges could be implemented if it became a financial business need.
Parents must read the terms and conditions, fully understand the fees and charges and be completely certain about what they are signing for.
A registration fee is payable on acceptance of place to those parents on a chargeable contract. Parents are asked to supply a packed lunch and anything to support their child’s care needs such as suncream, nappies or wipes. Should it become necessary to use our own because they have not been supplied a charge will be added to your invoice to cover costs as written in our terms and conditions.
Invoices sent in advance are clear and transparent detailing the amount of both funded and chargeable hours being provided. An illustration of invoices can be provided upon request (please allow up to five working days to produce) to support further understanding.
If our offer is not suitable for parents needs, we will always be happy to support them in finding a more suitable provision of their choice as there are many provisions available with alternative offers.
